A Bluebottle, a Bee and a Ladybird.
Wherever I can, I’ll try and make a still life a little more interesting. There are so many brilliant still life artists, that I feel compelled to find my own point of difference. In this case, the composition and the title tell you the story. I love painting glass and this bottle was an interesting shade of blue as well as being slight off centre in shape. I added the thumb tacks for a bit of colour and the title is just a bit of fun.
