Prejuice

Wherever I can, I’ll try and make a still life a little more interesting. There are so many brilliant still life artists, that I feel compelled to find my own point of difference. In this case, the composition and the title tell you the story. I love painting glass and the beautiful colours of the citrus fruit in the sunlight made it an irresistible composition. I simply messed around with the placement of the fruit and set it all up in front of a blue background. The title was then obvious.
