I’ve always enjoyed painting glass. Probably because its a material which relies on it’s environment to shine. It is reflective of where it exists. Yet it has a purpose. Like an artist I suppose - an entity onto itself, but with the ability to take on its surrounding to create something more interesting. Or maybe I just like painting bottles and jars. Again, another story here - the anguish of the parched flower looking at the spilled water.
